Our Fluorescent Particles, Nile Red, 1% w/v, 15.0–19.0 µm – 2 mL are precision-sized, monodisperse microspheres designed for fluorescence-based imaging, calibration, and fluid dynamics research. Each particle is dyed internally with Nile Red, a bright and photostable fluorophore with excitation/emission maxima around 535/575 nm, producing intense red–orange fluorescence under green excitation.
These polystyrene-based microspheres are uniform in size and density, ensuring consistent optical performance and reproducibility. Their relatively large size range (15–19 µm) makes them ideal for microscopic visualization, flow studies, and educational demonstrations. The 1% w/v suspension provides optimal particle concentration for direct use in imaging and flow experiments.
